"Cold War" in the News

During the altercations between the United States and North Korea, this article explains Hawaii's preparations to test their "Cold War-era early warning system," which is to be used to notify hawaiian residents of an impending nuclear attack. The device consists of an alarm set to go off monthly, which continues to let their citizens know that they are doing everything to prepare their citizens for a potential attack.
