This article explains the instance where a Bangladeshi man pleaded not guilty when he was accused to have set a suicide bomb attack. This bomb was an Islamic state- inspired bomb. He was arrested because he was trying to “detonate a pipe bomb secured to his body in a pedestrian tunnel..” located in a New York subway. However, his attempt was unsuccessful, and suffered injuries, as well as leaving others with minor injuries.
