This article discusses the tests on a nuclear power system that would help with NASA’s human mission on Mars. This is being led by NASA’s Kilopower project. It explains that NASA has been performing an experiment testing whether or not these power systems could power enough systems that human life would be able to function on Mars. Dunham mentions that the components of the system that have been tested have been very successful.
